Hello, I'm andy

the Photographer

I stumbled into photography completely by accident while backpacking solo around India. Somewhere between chai breaks and overnight trains, my phone got stolen by a fellow hostel stayer — cheers for that, by the way. Suddenly, I had no way to capture anything, so instead of buying another phone, I bought a camera.

What started as a way to remember my travels quickly spiraled into a full-blown obsession. I was constantly told that people who travel India are searching for something - I guess I found it! I ended up converting my passion into becoming the head photographer at a family portrait studio in Milton Keynes, wrangling toddlers and pets like it was an Olympic sport. Then 2020 hit (because of course it did), and a friend and I decided to start our own business shooting weddings, schools, families, and portraits.

Fast forward to now — I’m in London, solo again, fortunate enough to make a living doing the one thing I can’t get enough of - photography. Still chasing light, moments, and the next great story — preferably with all my gear safely in my possession this time.

Shaped by my foundation in street photography, my approach is all about authenticity. Capturing the most raw and natural moments. I take time to understand each person I photograph, creating imagery that reflects their unique story. I hope to have the opportunity to bring yours to life.
