FAQ
01. How do we book you for the wedding?
Say 'Hi' using the contact form and if i'm available on your date, we can arrange to meet up either in person or via Facetime/Skype to discuss your vision for the big day.
02. How much is the initial payment?
To secure your date, I require a non-refundable deposit of 25% upon booking.
03. How many photos will we receive, and when will we get them?
You can expect roughly 60–100 edited images per hour of coverage — all high-resolution and ready for print or sharing online. I typically deliver the full gallery within 6–8 weeks, but I’ll send a sneak peek within the first week so you have something to share and relive right away!
04. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! If I am booked for your wedding, pricing for adding on an engagement shoot is only £200 for 2-3 hours. It’s a lovely way for us to get to know each other before the big day — so when the wedding comes around, we’re not strangers, and you feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. Plus, you’ll get some great photos for your invites, save-the-dates, or just to celebrate this special time in your lives.
05. Do you take family group photos?
Yes! Most definitely, they are still an important part of a wedding day. Typically, most couples choose between 10 and 15, and this takes approximately 15-30 minutes. But I will be led by you - and how big your family and wedding party is. To help speed things up, I will have you fill out a questionnaire in advance that notes which photos you want and who you want to nominate as helpers to gather everyone for each photo. I would hate for you to spend too much time doing family photos when you'd be happier mingling and drinking.
06. i hate having my picture taken! how do you do couple shots?
Let’s be honest — most people hate having their photo taken… me included! That’s why the majority of the images I capture are taken without you even noticing. And when it’s time for your couple portraits, it’s probably not at all what you’re imagining. We’ll have a laugh, keep things natural, and avoid anything cheesy or awkward. It’s definitely not like one of those staged photo shoots on TV. It’s more like, “Stand here where the light is beautiful and just chat about your day together."
Couples who were nervous about this part often tell me afterward, “That was actually really fun,” or even, “It was so nice to have a little moment just for us.”
07. How long will it take to receive our images?
You will receive sneak peaks 48-72 hours after your wedding day. Then please allow 6-8 weeks for editing time, if you haven't heard from me within that time, then please contact me. The real work begins after the wedding for me :).
08. what if the packages don't exactly suit my needs
I'm happy to be flexible - this is your day and your memories. The pricing can serve as a guideline and if you want some add-ons or to remove some elements, this can all be discussed.
